Standard 6005-2001
The Office of Worker Safety and Health Policy submits for review and comment in the
RevCom for Technical Standards Program (TSP) the cancellation of the following
standard:
DOE-STD-6005-2001, industrial Hygiene Practices
This standard is being proposed for cancellation because its content has been
superseded by requirements and guidance in:
e Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, part 851, Worker Safety and Health
Program, February 9, 2006;
e Department of Energy (DOE) Order 440.1B, Worker Protection Program for DOE
(Including the National Nuclear Security Administration) Federal Employees,
June 17, 2011; and
e DOE Guide 440.1B, Worker Protection Program for DOE (Including the National
Nuclear Security Administration) Federal and Contractor Employees,
October 20, 2011.
