Cancellation of Depattment of Energy Standard \\90-2007, Illness and
injlllY Surveillance Program Guidelines
The Office of Worker Safety and Health Policy (AU-II) is proposing to cancel and archive
Depattment of Energy (DOE) Standard (STD) 1190-2007, Illness and injlllY Surveillance
Program Guidelines, and submits this proposal for review and comment in accordance with
Technical Standards Program (TSP) procedures.
The Illness and InjUly Surveillance Program, managed under the Office of Domestic and
Intemational Health Studies (AU-B), was de-funded in Fiscal Year 2012, and AU-l has
determined that the program will not be revived. DOE-STD-1190-2007, Illness and Injwy
Surveillance Program Guidelines, was specific to the Illness and Injury SUiveillance Program.
No other programs are affected by, or use, this voluntary consensus standard.
