SUBJECT: Approval of Department of Energy (DOE) Limited Standard
(DOE-NA-STD-3016-2018), Hazard Analysis Reports for
Nuclear Explosive Operations, October 2018
The Assistant Deputy Administrator for Stockpile Management approves the
subject attached DOE-NA-STD-3016-2018 for posting and distribution.
This DOE standard was reviewed and concurred on by the affected program
offices. All essential comments were responded to and resolved. In addition,
through a formal coordination process, the Central Technical Authority has
concurred with the changes. ,
