The DOE-STD-1128-2013 is being reaffirmed with administrative changes because it is due for periodic maintenance as required by DOE-TSP-7-2013, Maintaining DOE Technical Standards. No new requirements are created as a result of the attached administrative changes; however, references have been updated. The subject Standard is intended to be reaffirmed with the following administrative updates to the text: • Referenced docmnent titles were updated to the current active versions and cancelled documents were deleted; • Minor editorial errors were corrected; and • Website addresses were updated.
