The changes were made as part of the Office of Worker Protection Policy and Programs updating the Word Processing software used to develop and maintain the document (i.e., conversion from WordPerfect to Word). The attached table details the editorial changes. The document had just been reaffirmed in July 2002. ACD of the revised document in Word 2002 is also attached.
